We, are the long-term owners of 28 St Stephens Road. We are preparing proposals for the redevelopment of the existing site to deliver nine high-quality new homes within an attractive landscaped setting.
The latest proposals have been developed following detailed architectural, planning and technical assessments and have been carefully designed to respond to the site's unique surroundings. Rather than simply replacing one building with another, our ambition is to create a development that enhances this part of St Stephen's Road, provides much-needed new homes and contributes positively to the local area.

These neighbouring buildings have created a very different context from when the existing house was originally built. Our proposals have therefore been designed to reflect this evolving townscape whilst remaining respectful of neighbouring homes, mature landscaping and the wider character of the area.
